Farrington’s Grove has been in the same family for nearly a hundred years. One of our first guests stayed in Restabit for their honeymoon in 1929 and their family is still coming back every year!

You are unlikely to find a place with a better sense of history and continuity. A walk around our camp loop, a swim at the beach, a nap in the hammock, or a card game with family and friends can really bring you back to where you need to be.

We rent our rustic cottages weekly, monthly, and seasonally. Two bedroom and three bedroom cottages are available June through early October. We do not provide linens or pillow cases. We have blankets upon request. We provide hand/dish towels, but not bath towels.

Two car maximum per cottage. Permission must be granted for guests. Occupancy may not exceed number of beds (full=2) (Twin=1), or pre-arranged amount. Dogs must be pre-approved, leashed, excessive barking dogs (ones that cause disturbances) will be asked to leave.

Cottages all have refrigerators, electric stoves, full plumbing, screened porches, microwaves (so parents can enjoy their vacation too), coffee makers, pots and pans, silverware, and basic dishes.

Water has been tested many times and is safe, but because of the taste we recommend bringing water from home. We stay here, and typically go through 2-3 gallons for cooking and coffee and 2-3 gallons for drinking per week. If you can’t live without it -bring it, but don’t bring it if you can live without it.

Current rates are: 2 Bedroom cabin: $ 610 /week 3 Bedroom cabin: $ 735 /week. Prices include 9% state sales tax. Weekly rentals are Friday to Friday and Saturday to Saturday.
